Return Process

  Log into your VIToppa account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
